Ban Appeals and Trust Recovery
At NoPaper, we prioritize network integrity through a strict Anti-Fraud Layer. We understand that legitimate users can sometimes be flagged due to technical glitches or unusual activity such as frequently switching between mobile data and specific wireless networks.
If your account has been flagged, you can use the in-app appeal system to request a restoration of access.
The Appeal Process
NoPaper provides a transparent, human-reviewed appeal process to ensure every user is treated fairly.
1. Submitting an Appeal
When an account is blocked from submitting receipts, a notification will appear on the dashboard.
- Provide a Reason: Explain the circumstances that may have led to the security flag (e.g., sharing a hotspot or using a public network during travel).
- Submit: Your request is sent directly to the Endorser Team for verification.
2. Endorser Review
Appeals are reviewed by high-trust individuals within the community.
- The team reviews your historical submission behavior and account maturity.
- They evaluate the explanation provided in the appeal.
- Privacy Standard: Reviewers only see the wallet address and the provided explanation.
3. Resolution
Once a review is completed:
- Approved: The account is unbanned, and security flags are cleared. You can resume earning B3TR rewards.
- Rejected: If the activity is confirmed as a violation of our fair-use policy, the ban remains permanent.
Information for Endorsers

Security Protocol
- Initial Review: An Endorser evaluates the case and provides a recommendation.
- Finalization: The NoPaper administration performs the final operation based on the verified recommendation.

Can I appeal multiple times?
We encourage providing comprehensive details in the first submission. Subsequent appeals are permitted if new information becomes available.
What happens after an unban?
An unban clears past security records. However, the automated anti-fraud system remains active and will continue to monitor for any future violations of the single-account policy.
