Getting Started
How do I create a NoPaper account?
NoPaper does not require traditional registration. Simply connect a supported wallet like VeWorld to start participating.
Is an email address required?
While not required for basic submissions, linking an email address via the Email-to-Earn feature allows for automatic reward processing.
Is identity verification required?
No KYC is necessary. Your wallet address serves as your unique identifier on the platform.
Which browsers are supported?
NoPaper is optimized for mobile browsers including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on both iOS and Android platforms.
Wallet and Security
Can I use multiple wallets?
No. To maintain fairness and prevent farming, NoPaper enforces a strict 1 Device + 1 Wallet policy. Attempting to use multiple wallets on the same device or network may lead to a permanent ban.
How do I switch my wallet?
Disconnect your wallet within the VeWorld application, then reconnect using your preferred account on the NoPaper website.
What happens if I lose access to my wallet?
NoPaper does not have access to your private keys or seed phrases. Please ensure your wallet credentials are backed up securely.
Technical Features
What is Email-to-Earn?
Email-to-Earn allows you to link your Google account to your wallet. You can then earn rewards automatically by forwarding your digital receipts to NoPaper.
How do Ecosystem Multipliers work?
Multipliers boost your rewards based on your VOT3 balance and participation in VeBetterDAO voting. You must have an active vote in the current cycle or enable Passive Rewards to receive the boost.
What are Passive Rewards?
Passive Rewards (Maximize Rewards) is a feature that enables automatic voting for your account. This ensures your multiplier stays active every week without manual intervention.
Receipts and Submissions
What receipts are accepted?
We accept digital screenshots and e-receipts from grocery stores, supermarkets, and local markets. We do not accept physical paper photos, utility bills, or non-retail invoices.
Why was my submission rejected?
Common reasons for rejection include:
- Blur or unreadable image quality.
- Paper receipt photo instead of a digital one.
- Duplicate submission detected.
- Receipt contains strictly non-essential or non-sustainable items (junk food, etc.).
- Image manipulation detected by AI.
Is there a submission limit?
Yes. To ensure system stability, users are limited to 2 submissions every 20 hours.
Rewards and Payouts
When will I receive my B3TR?
Approved rewards are sent to your wallet instantly using on-chain smart contracts.
What is the maximum reward per submission?
The maximum reward is capped at 100 B3TR after all multipliers (including VIP bonuses) are applied.
How are Green Choice and Human Needs different?
Green Choice identifies sustainable, organic, or local products and offers a higher reward potential. Human Needs covers standard grocery essentials at a base reward level.
Appeals and Support
How do I appeal a ban or rejection?
If your account has been flagged for security reasons, you can submit an appeal through the in-app appeal system or contact our support team.

Privacy
What data is recorded on the blockchain?
Only your wallet address, the reward amount, and a unique hash of the submission are recorded publicly. Your personal details and receipt images remain private.
Can I unlink my email?
Self-service unlinking is disabled for security reasons. Please contact support to request an email change.
