NoPaper Endorsers
NoPaper Endorsers are high-trust community leaders and Node Holders who form the manual moderation layer of the platform. They play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of the NoPaper ecosystem by verifying submissions that require human oversight.
The Role of an Endorser
While the majority of submissions are handled by AI, Endorsers focus on maintaining high-quality verification standards. They have the authority to:
- Analyze Submissions: Manually verify submissions from new or flagged wallets.
- Identify Fraud: Signal professional farming or sophisticated fraudulent patterns.
- Review Appeals: Evaluate and respond to user appeals regarding blocked wallet addresses.
Allocation and Recognition
To acknowledge their commitment and responsibility, a dedicated percentage of the weekly B3TR allocation is set aside for the Endorser pool. These individuals provide the backbone of the community-led security model.
The Verification Window Header
To ensure a smooth user experience and prevent delays:
- When a submission from an unestablished wallet is flagged for inspection, it enters the Endorser queue.
- Endorsers have a specific window to take action.
- If no action is taken within the designated time frame, the system automatically redirects the submission to the AI verification engine to maintain operational efficiency.
Security and Ethics
Serving as an Endorser involves significant responsibility. Strict security measures are in place to prevent any form of abuse:
- Professional Anonymity: To protect privacy and maintain neutrality, only wallet addresses are used. Endorsers are discouraged from publicly disclosing their specific role.
- Conflict of Interest: Endorsers are strictly prohibited from approving their own submissions. The system automatically detects and blocks such attempts.
- Monitoring Systems: The Anti-Fraud Layer monitors endorser activity using several parameters:
- IP address and network monitoring.
- Session behavior analysis.
- Consistency tracking.
Focus: Network Integrity
Our trust model differentiates between account phases to focus resources:
- Established Wallets: Accounts with a proven history on the VeChainThor blockchain are inherently trusted by the automated systems.
- New Accounts: Recent wallets are the primary focus of Endorser inspection to prevent sybil attacks and automated farming.
